Komen must follow customary scientific procedure by sending letters to the journals proving that their conclusions are incorrect.
"Third, Komen should stop giving funds to Planned Parenthood, an organization that has inflicted considerable harm on women's health through its sales of abortions and hormonal contraceptives with estrogen and progestin (acknowledged by the World Health Organization as cancer-causing)." [8,9]
Joel Brind, endocrinology professor at Baruch College, City University of New York, argued that donations to Komen may be doing more harm than good because childbearing is known to offer significant protection against breast cancer and Planned Parenthood deprives women of that protective effect. He explained:
"Since Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the U.S., and since it is clear that abortion leaves a girl or woman with a higher long-term risk of breast cancer than had she chosen not to have the abortion, it is arguable that donations to Komen may actually serve to cause more breast cancer, rather than to fight against it."
Bishop Robert Lynch of St. Petersburg reports on his blog that Komen's founder, Nancy Goodman Brinker, was the keynote speaker at the CHA's convention earlier this month. [10] Brinker, an abortion enthusiast, has served on Planned Parenthood's advisory board and is now using the unsuspecting bishop and CHA to clean up Komen's reputation among donors turned off by its gifts to Planned Parenthood.
"I suspect Bishop Lynch would not support the American Lung Association if it gave funds to tobacco companies to do lung cancer screenings on its customers," asserted Malec. "Why, then, support Komen's grants to Planned Parenthood to do breast cancer screenings on its clientele, especially when legitimate medical providers that don't damage women's health are widely accessible?"

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., June 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- Non-profit organizations and churches are feeling the economic crunch as charitable giving has decreased over the past year, but one church in Orange County has found a creative way to counter that trend.
According to an annual report by Giving USA, a publication of Giving USA Foundation(tm), charitable donations decreased by 3% nationwide last year. As non-profit organizations are learning to do more with less, The Well, an Orange County-based network of house churches, is teaching its members that living generously means more than dipping into their pocketbooks.
At a recent gathering of the entire network of The Well house churches, Eastburn challenged the church body to look for other ways to give. "Is there something in your garage or home that is being unused?" he asked. "Do you have a job or service that could help someone in need?"
The Well members began to list the things they could give: an unused truck, babysitting service, old yard tools.
"We strongly believe God calls Christians to give financially" says The Well Pastor Ken Eastburn. "But we also know that writing a check doesn't fully satisfy God's call on us to give. Living generously requires giving whatever you have -- time, energy and money."
This kind of creativity is nothing new to The Well. Once a traditional church, The Well decided to leave its building in 2005 and begin meeting in homes. Eastburn says this new model provides them with an opportunity to be more generous than ever before. Without a mortgage payment and the costs of maintaining a building, The Well is using its resources to help those in need. In fact, more than 50 percent of the tithes and offerings received are committed to outreach, service projects and meeting the needs of the community or church body.
"We know generosity doesn't depend on the size of your bank account," continues Eastburn. "Christians' lives should be characterized by their generosity, the openness with which they share what God has entrusted to them."

Judge Saundra Armstrong announced Thursday that based on briefs and other documents submitted to the court, the measures violate the Constitution in four ways, including subjecting federal government actions to local control and discriminating by prohibiting from federal agents actions "permitted for private persons."
"No matter the outcome, we are going to appeal to the 9th Circuit and possibly the Supreme Court," said Arcata counsel Brad Yamauchi.
At the heart of the case were local ordinances from Eureka and Arcata, two northern California cities that would prohibit U.S. armed services recruiters from initiating contact with minors under the age of 18 anywhere within city limits. The U.S. Department of Justice first filed suit against the towns, claiming that these Youth Protection Acts fail under Article VI of the Constitution, which makes federal law supreme over contradictory state or local legislation.
In response, the cities filed countersuits claiming that current military policy violates the Convention on the Rights of the Child's Optional Protocol on Children in Armed Conflict, which the U.S. ratified in 2002. (This is a separate but related treaty to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC); the U.S. has not ratified the main CRC.)
"When the government enters into an international treaty or protocol, that becomes the law of the United States," said Yamauchi, also citing Article VI.
The cities claim that the U.S. military is in violation of the Protocol's prohibition on the recruiting of children for military service. Current federal law allows representatives of the armed services to educate high school and college students on military career options, alongside other educational and vocational recruiters at job fairs and the like. To actually enlist, however, one must be 18, or close to 18 with parental consent. This countersuit constitutes the first time since the 2002 ratification of the protocol that the federal government's compliance with the treaty has been legally questioned.
That this case arose at all is evidence of the threat that international law presents to our American way of life. Armstrong's decision is not likely to be the end, nor is it safe to guess how the 9th Circuit might rule if the case is appealed.
Should the full CRC be ratified, not only federal law, but even state, local and individual family decisions will come under the authority of the United Nations when children are involved. The Parental Rights Amendment proposed by Rep. Pete Hoekstra (MI), Sen. Jim DeMint (SC) and 95 additional Congressmen is the only guaranteed method to permanently stop international law from interfering with family and state laws.

Update: Rock Church of Zhengzhou, Henan Banned; 7 Christians Still Detained
HENAN, China, June 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- ChinaAid received more details regarding the persecution of Rock (Panshi) Church, a house church in Zhengzhou City, Henan. On June 14, government officials forcibly abolished and sealed Rock Church's building. Eight Christians have been detained, with one released.

The incident began at 9:15 a.m. on June 14. Members of Rock Church were having their Sunday worship service, when several dozen unidentified officials and police officers suddenly broke into the gathering sites on the third floor, sixth floor and seventh floor. It was later learned that the officials were from the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Religion and Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of State Security.
Authorities occupied all the rooms, and detained the Christians. One young woman was in the restroom when a male police officer kicked open the door. Police officers on the seventh floor took videos and photos of all the Christians. Several officials dragged Pastor Dou Shaowen to the pulpit and attempted to force him to announce that the Sunday service was finished, and to disperse the church members. Pastor Dou refused, saying, "Sunday service must go on! Everything else should be discussed after the worship service." Two police officers forcibly dragged Pastor Dou from the pulpit and attempted to take him away. The church members denounced the officials' behavior and demanded that they produce warrants for the arrests and for sealing the church building. The authorities did not have warrants, but read a public notice from the Jinshui District Bureau for Ethnic Religious Affairs of Zhengzhou Municipality, stating:
"This is to notify that it has been found through investigation that Dou Shaowen, Feng Lu and other individuals who call themselves missionaries, have established a site for religious activities without approval at 326, Nanyang Road where they engage in illegal religious activities. They have seriously violated Article 43 of the 'Regulations on Religious Affairs' which states: 'Where a non-religious body or a site not for religious activities organizes or holds religious activities or accepts religious donations, the religious affairs department shall order it to discontinue such activities....' Now Dou Shaowen, Feng Lu and others are hereby ordered to immediately stop all the illegal religious activities at this site. The site for illegal religious activities at 326, Nanyang Road is therefore abolished."
After officials read the notice, they forcibly escorted Pastor Dou Shaowen, and another Christian, to Dashiqian Police Station of Jinshui District, Zhengzhou Municipality. In the meantime, officials escorted Feng Lu, the pastor's wife, to her home where they searched the house and confiscated a computer and other personal property.
The Christians insisted on finishing the Sunday worship service, even though authorities cut off the electricity and continued to take videos and photos, demanding that the Christians leave. After the service, officials forced four Christians: Li Zhimin, Wei Jianhua, Zhang Julin, and Ma Jianbo to accompany them to Dashiqiao Police Station of Jinshui District of Zhengzhou Municipality for interrogation. Finally, the authorities posted sealing tape from the Bureau of Religion, sealing off all the worship sites of Rock Church.
Police released one Christian at 10 p.m. the same evening, while the relatives of the other six arrested Christians received phone calls at around 11 a.m. the next day, June 15, notifying them to come to Jinshui District Detention Center to pay a fine of 800 to 900 yuan. They were also told that their family members had been given a 15-day detention. After the families paid the fines, they were not given receipts or shown detention notifications. At 10:30 p.m. on June 15, police summoned another church member, Li Cuiying, and, as of the time of this press release, Li, along with the six other Christians, is still being detained.

HSLDA has been warning that the UNCRC could bring an end to homeschool freedom in the U.S., if the treaty was ever ratified by the U.S. Senate because Article VI of the U.S. Constitution says that treaties become the supreme law of the land.
For the UNCRC to be ratified it must gain a two-thirds vote in the U.S. Senate. If this happens then the UNCRC will automatically supersede all state laws and U.S. judges will be obligated to follow the provisions of the treaty. Currently, family and education laws are state-based; however, ratification of the UNCRC would transfer the jurisdiction for making family and education law to the U.S. Congress. Congress would, in turn, be obligated to follow the UN mandates contained in the CRC. The only answer at this point would be to add a Parental Rights Amendment (PRA) to the Constitution.
The Badman report is a stark reminder of how government officials in an English-speaking democracy have interpreted the UNCRC. It's clear that the right to homeschool in America will be negatively impacted if the U.S. Senate ever ratifies the UNCRC.

Berlin. 23. Juni 2009. Die Partei Die Linke will die umstrittene Regelung zur Rente ab 67 Jahren rückgängig machen. Im Jahr 2007 wurde die Erhöhung des Eintritts-Alters für die Rente beschlossen. Die Regelung „Rente ab 67“ führe viele Menschen in die Alters-Armut. Viele Menschen können bereits heute im Alter von 40 Jahren keinen Arbeitsplatz mehr finden, da in vielen Arbeits-Bereichen bereits Menschen ab 40 Jahre als „zu alt“ gelten. Mit der neuen Regelung werden Regierung und Wirtschaft gezwungen Millionen neuer Sozialversicherungs- pflichtiger Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, die es in Deutschland bereits seit Jahren nicht gibt.
Genauer betrachtet, handelt es sich sogar um eine so genannte unerfüllbare Forderung. Denn mit der neuen Regelung werden Regierung und Wirtschaft gezwungen Millionen neuer Arbeitsplätze mit Bezahlung zu schaffen und Menschen auf der Suche nach Erwerbs-Einkommen gezwungen, Arbeitsplätze zu finden, die es nicht gibt. Oft bleibt nur der Weg in die Langzeit-Arbeitslosigkeit. Verliert beispielsweise ein Arbeitnehmer mit 50 Jahren seinen Arbeitsplatz und kann keinen neuen Arbeitsplatz finden, bedeutet dies faktisch, dass ein Arbeitnehmer bis zu 17 Jahre Langzeit-arbeitslos werden könnte, bevor dann eine Rente beantragt werden kann. In diesen 17 Jahren droht einem Menschen mit zunehmendem Alter und Erkrankungen zum Teil ohne ausreichende finanzielle Versorgung mit zunehmenden Alter überleben zu müssen bevor eine Rente beantragt werden kann.
Gleichzeitig melden allerdings Groß-Unternehmen in Deutschland und auch Unternehmen des Mittelstandes fast täglich neue notwendige Massen-Entlassungen. So sehr es sich viele Menschen auf der Suche nach Erwerbs-Einkommen wünschen, die Menschen können keine Arbeitsplätze finden, die es in Deutschland nicht mehr gibt. Das Problem haben jetzt offenbar in der Zeit der globalen Welt-Wirtschaftskrise auch Politiker der Partei Die Linke erkannt. Die Rente ab 67 Jahren wird von Klaus Ernst von der Partei Die Linke als so wörtlich „Fehlentscheidung“ benannt.
Im Bundestag wird es eine erneute Abstimmung über die Rente ab 67 geben. Die Fraktion der Partei Die Linke stellte einen Antrag. Das Parlament wird in der kommenden Sitzungs-Woche über das Aus für die vor zwei Jahren beschlossene schrittweise Anhebung des Renten-Alters entscheiden.
"Die Abstimmung wird ein Glaubwürdigkeits-Test für die SPD. Es reicht nicht, immer nur Ankündigungen zu machen. Die Rente ab 67 muss fallen. Das ist in der Wirtschaftskrise eine Frage der Vernunft.", so der stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Fraktion, Klaus Ernst.
Der Politiker nannte mehrere gute Gründe für die Initiative einer neuen Abstimmung über die Rücknahme einer Erhöhung des Renten-Eintritts-Alters.
"Die Rente ab 67 führt zu mehr Alters-Armut. Schon jetzt steigt die Zahl der älteren Arbeitslosen dramatisch an. Bei den über 55-Jährigen hat sie seit Mai 2008 um mehr als 17 Prozent zugenommen. Das bedeutet mehr Früh-Verrentungen, höhere Renten-Abschläge und mehr Altersarmut. Wir wollen dieses Wahnsinns-Projekt um jeden Preis stoppen. Deshalb werden wir in der nächsten Woche der SPD ein letztes Mal Gelegenheit geben, mit ihren Stimmen die Fehlentscheidung von 2007 zu korrigieren.", erklärte Klaus Ernst, Die Linke.
Nach dem mehr und mehr auch große etablierte Unternehmen bei der Bundesregierung um Millionen-Kredite „betteln“ müssen, ist zumindest heute bereits sicher, dass die Menschen, die auf der Suche nach Erwerbs-Einkommen und sicheren Arbeitsplätzen in Deutschland sind, nicht für die Folgen der Weltwirtschafts-Krise bestraft werden dürfen und können, da die Arbeitnehmer für die Weltwirtschafts-Krise nicht verantwortlich sind. In der Krise müssen Regierung, Wirtschaft und Menschen in Deutschland gemeinsam Wege finden, die soziale Versorgung von Millionen von Menschen zu sichern und Wege finden für einen Wieder-Aufbau neuer wirtschaftlicher Systeme, die ein Überleben und Menschen-würdige Einkommen für alle Menschen gewährleisten.
Schon diese Aufgabe macht deutlich, dass es an Arbeit in Deutschland ganz und gar nicht mangelt. In Deutschland mangelt es lediglich an den Investoren, die in der Lage sind und bereit sind für die zu leistende Arbeit zu bezahlen. Ein-Euro-Lösungen machen keinen Sinn, denn mit Ein-Euro-Einkommen und fehlender Kauf-Kraft von Millionen von Menschen in Deutschland lässt sich der Wirtschafts-Kreislauf für Groß-Konzerne und den Mittelstand in Deutschland nicht wieder beleben. Wer kein Geld hat, kann kein Geld ausgeben. Es war nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis auch Unternehmen des Mittelstands und Groß-Konzern an den Rand des Ruins getrieben werden.
Die logische Schlussfolgerung hieraus: Die Menschen brauchen Geld, das diese auch ausgegeben können. Dann können die Wirtschaft im Mittelstand und im Großen wieder angekurbelt werden und möglicherweise sogar einige neue Arbeitsplätze entstehen. Große und mittelständische Unternehmen, die aufgrund fehlender und zahlungsunfähiger Kunden keine Umsätze und Einnahmen verbuchen können, sind in der Regel nicht in der Lage neue Arbeitsplätze in Deutschland zu schaffen. In einer Zeit der Welt-Wirtschafts-Krise einzig und allein auf die Rolle Deutschlands als „Export-Weltmeister“ zu hoffen, genügt ebenso wenig, da bereits heute absehbar ist, dass die Rolle als „Export-Weltmeister“ nur zeitlich befristet ist, denn wer im Ausland kein Geld mehr in der Folge der globalen Welt-Wirtschaftskrise hat, kann auf Dauer auch die besten Produkte und Dienstleistungen aus Deutschland nicht in ferne Länder einführen.
Vernünftiger wäre es ohne Zweifel, die Rolle als „Export-Weltmeister“ soweit wie möglich zu sichern und zeitgleich nach kreativen und konstruktiven Ideen zu suchen, um auch die Wirtschaft in Deutschland zu stärken. Sommerferien-Programm im Kulturzentrum Rennplatz
Sommerferien-Programm im Kulturzentrum Rennplatz
Klettern – Grillen – Wandern – Schwimmen – Minigolf und Museen in und rund um Oldenburg
Oldenburg. Das Kulturzentrum Rennplatz bietet für Kinder und Jugendlichen vom 25. Juni bis 5. August ein abwechslungsreiches Sommerferien-Programm. Geboten werden unter anderem Touren mit dem Fahrrad, Schwimmspiele und Besuches eines Kletterwaldes, informierte Thomas Vossenberg, Leiter des Kulturzentrums Rennplatz.
Für die Teilnahme an den Sommerferien-Programm-Aktivitäten ist eine Anmeldung erforderlich. Die Anmeldung ist im Kulturzentrum Rennplatz (Kurlandallee 4) ab Mittwoch, 24. Juni, 14.30 Uhr möglich. Bereits bei der Anmeldung müssen durch die Teilnehmer die Beiträge bezahlt und eine Einverständnis-Erklärung der Eltern vorgelegt werden.
Für die Ausflugs-Fahrten gilt grundsätzlich, dass Kinder unter acht Jahren nur in Begleitung eines erwachsenen Elternteils mitfahren können.
Schwimmen
Für Schwimmer und Nichtschwimmer ab acht Jahren gibt es vom 29. Juni bis 3. August immer montags von 14.30 Uhr bis 17.30 Uhr (am 6. Juli bereits ab 14 Uhr) Schwimmspaß und Spiele. Die Teilnahme kostet 50 Cent. Am Mittwoch, 1. Juli, 14.30 bis 17.30 Uhr, können die Kinder bei einer Stadtteilrallye ihren Stadtteil erkunden. Kinder und Jugendliche zwischen zehn und 16 Jahren haben die Möglichkeit, einen Erste Hilfe Kurs des DRK zu besuchen, der am Donnerstag, 16. Juli, und am Freitag, 17. Juli, jeweils von 10 bis 15 Uhr, stattfindet.
Auszeit für Frauen
Eine kleine Auszeit nehmen können sich Mütter beim Projekttag Durchatmen für Frauen mit Kindern am Donnerstag, 2. Juli, 7.30 bis 19 Uhr, auf der Insel Baltrum (geschlossene Gruppe).
Kletterwald Kraxelmaxel
Am Mittwoch, 8. Juli, startet um 12.40 Uhr der Ausflug zum Kletterwald Kraxelmaxel nach Kirchhatten. Kinder ab acht Jahren können daran teilnehmen. Die Teilnahme kostet sechs Euro. Die Rückkehr gegen 19 Uhr geplant.
Mit dem Fahrrad zum Minigold
Am Mittwoch, 22. Juli, 10 bis 17 Uhr, geht es mit dem Fahrrad nach Bad Zwischenahn zum Minigolf. Fahrräder werden bei Bedarf gestellt. Die Teilnahme beträgt zwei Euro. Der Offene Bereich für Kinder fällt an diesem Nachmittag aus.
Ausflug nach Bremerhaven und Dankern
Einen Ausflug für Erwachsene zum Auswander-Museum Bremerhaven organisiert das Kulturzentrum gemeinsam mit dem CJD-Oldenburg-Jugendmigrationsdienst. Die Fahrt findet am Freitag, 24. Juli, von 10 bis 17 Uhr, statt. Die Teilnahme beträgt acht Euro. Ein Ausflug zum Freizeitpark Schloss Dankern findet am Mittwoch, 29. Juli, 10 bis 18 Uhr, statt. Erwachsene bezahlen neun, Kinder sieben Euro.

Klettern – Grillen – Wandern – Schwimmen – Minigolf und Museen in und rund um Oldenburg
Oldenburg. Das Kulturzentrum Rennplatz bietet für Kinder und Jugendlichen vom 25. Juni bis 5. August ein abwechslungsreiches Sommerferien-Programm. Geboten werden unter anderem Touren mit dem Fahrrad, Schwimmspiele und Besuches eines Kletterwaldes, informierte Thomas Vossenberg, Leiter des Kulturzentrums Rennplatz.
Für die Teilnahme an den Sommerferien-Programm-Aktivitäten ist eine Anmeldung erforderlich. Die Anmeldung ist im Kulturzentrum Rennplatz (Kurlandallee 4) ab Mittwoch, 24. Juni, 14.30 Uhr möglich. Bereits bei der Anmeldung müssen durch die Teilnehmer die Beiträge bezahlt und eine Einverständnis-Erklärung der Eltern vorgelegt werden.
Für die Ausflugs-Fahrten gilt grundsätzlich, dass Kinder unter acht Jahren nur in Begleitung eines erwachsenen Elternteils mitfahren können.
Schwimmen
Für Schwimmer und Nichtschwimmer ab acht Jahren gibt es vom 29. Juni bis 3. August immer montags von 14.30 Uhr bis 17.30 Uhr (am 6. Juli bereits ab 14 Uhr) Schwimmspaß und Spiele. Die Teilnahme kostet 50 Cent. Am Mittwoch, 1. Juli, 14.30 bis 17.30 Uhr, können die Kinder bei einer Stadtteilrallye ihren Stadtteil erkunden. Kinder und Jugendliche zwischen zehn und 16 Jahren haben die Möglichkeit, einen Erste Hilfe Kurs des DRK zu besuchen, der am Donnerstag, 16. Juli, und am Freitag, 17. Juli, jeweils von 10 bis 15 Uhr, stattfindet.
Auszeit für Frauen
Eine kleine Auszeit nehmen können sich Mütter beim Projekttag Durchatmen für Frauen mit Kindern am Donnerstag, 2. Juli, 7.30 bis 19 Uhr, auf der Insel Baltrum (geschlossene Gruppe).
Kletterwald Kraxelmaxel
Am Mittwoch, 8. Juli, startet um 12.40 Uhr der Ausflug zum Kletterwald Kraxelmaxel nach Kirchhatten. Kinder ab acht Jahren können daran teilnehmen. Die Teilnahme kostet sechs Euro. Die Rückkehr gegen 19 Uhr geplant.
Mit dem Fahrrad zum Minigold
Am Mittwoch, 22. Juli, 10 bis 17 Uhr, geht es mit dem Fahrrad nach Bad Zwischenahn zum Minigolf. Fahrräder werden bei Bedarf gestellt. Die Teilnahme beträgt zwei Euro. Der Offene Bereich für Kinder fällt an diesem Nachmittag aus.
Ausflug nach Bremerhaven und Dankern
Einen Ausflug für Erwachsene zum Auswander-Museum Bremerhaven organisiert das Kulturzentrum gemeinsam mit dem CJD-Oldenburg-Jugendmigrationsdienst. Die Fahrt findet am Freitag, 24. Juli, von 10 bis 17 Uhr, statt. Die Teilnahme beträgt acht Euro. Ein Ausflug zum Freizeitpark Schloss Dankern findet am Mittwoch, 29. Juli, 10 bis 18 Uhr, statt. Erwachsene bezahlen neun, Kinder sieben Euro.

Betroffene Missbrauchs-Opfer setzen sich für die Löschung und direkte Verfolgung von Anbietern von Kinder-pornographischem Material ein. Kindes-Missbrauch in Deutschland ist ein sehr ernstes Thema. Bereits vor rund 70 Jahren schrieben auch betroffene Missbrauchs-Opfer der Nazi-Terror-Diktatur zum Thema Missbrauch und Zensur als Schülerinnen aus dem Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz. An der Mauer von Auschwitz ist heute ein Fragment eines nicht zensierten Briefes der Schülerin Monika Dombke zu lesen: „Elektrokabel hoch und doppelt, Werden Dich nicht, Mama – Dich nicht sehen lassen, ... werden Dich nicht sehen lassen Deine Tochter ! Deshalb glaube NICHT den zensierten Briefen von mir, weil die Wahrheit eine andere ist. Doch weine nicht Mama. Und wenn Du nach den Spuren suchen möchtest ! Frage NIEMANDEN, klopfe an keine Türe ! Suche in der Asche der Felder von Auschwitz. Es wird dort sein. Doch weine NICHT – genug Traurigkeit ist hier. Und wenn Du die Spuren Deines Kindes aufdecken willst, suche in der Asche der Felder von Birkenau. Sie werden dort sein – so suche nach der Asche ! Dies ist ein Auszug eines Briefes aus dem Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz der Schülerin Monika Dombke, geboren 1920, an ihre Mutter. Die Schülerin Monika Dombke gilt seit 1945 als vermisst. Sie wurde von Nazis im Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz bereits mittels einer rechtswidrigen Verhaftung und Gefangen-Haltung im Konzentrationslager missbraucht und schrieb diesen nicht zensierten Brief an ihre Mutter. Die Angst und Sorge vor dem Missbrauch von Kindern und einer möglichen Zensur in Deutschland sind beide berechtigt, wie die historischen Überlieferungen aus den Jahren der Diktatur der Nationalsozialisten (Nazis) in Deutschland von 1933 bis 1945 beweisen.

Zudem seien sehr große Kolateral-Schäden zu befürchten für Menschen, Gruppen, Vereine und die Wirtschaft, die nicht im Zusammenhang mit Pädophilie stehen.
Unterstützter des Kampfes gegen Kinder-Pornographie und Kritiker der Internet-Sperren befürchten, dass sich Internet-Sperren auch als „Kommunikations- und Informations-Zensur“ missbrauchen lassen und sehen die Meinungs- Presse- und Informationsfreiheit nach Artikel 5 des Grundgesetzes für Deutschland in Gefahr. Die Lied-Texter Oliver Kels und Rob Vegas haben daher einen kreativen Lied-Text mit weiteren Künstlern geschrieben und veröffentlicht.
Der Text des Liedes mit dem Titel: „Zensi Zensa Zensursula...“ (Musik: Oliver Kels, Text: Oliver Kels / Rob Vegas, Gesang Diana Leder.) ist als Text einer Satire zu verstehen.

Mehr als 98.140 Zuschauer und Hörer haben das Lied, das von Revilo Records vertrieben wird, bereits am Wochenende gehört. Die bisher weniger bekannte Sängerin Diana Leder hat sich bereits innerhalb von knapp rund drei Tagen in die Herzen von rund 100.000 Menschen „gerockt.“ Die Künstler erklärten ihre Solidarität, Anerkennung, Unterstützung, Bewunderung und Liebe zu Bundesfamilien-Ministerin Dr. Ursula von der Leyen (CDU) im Kampf gegen Kindes-Missbrauch, bitten jedoch den Bundestag das Gesetz noch einmal zu prüfen. In einer öffentlichen Petition beim Bundestag zeichneten 134.014 Menschen (vergleiche https://epetitionen.bundestag.de/index.php?action=petition;sa=details;petition=3860 ) gegen die Einführung von Internet-Sperren und unterstützen jedoch dem Kampf gegen Pädophilie. Die Mehrheit der 612 Abgeordneten des Deutschen Bundestags hat jedoch am Freitag für die Sperrung im Internet gestimmt.
Kindes-Missbrauch in Deutschland ist ein sehr ernstes Thema. Bereits vor rund 70 Jahren schrieben auch betroffene Missbrauchs-Opfer der Nazi-Terror-Diktatur zum Thema Missbrauch und Zensur als Schülerinnen aus dem Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz. An der Mauer von Auschwitz ist heute ein Fragment eines nicht zensierten Briefes der Schülerin Monika Dombke zu lesen: „Elektrokabel hoch und doppelt, Werden Dich nicht, Mama – Dich nicht sehen lassen, ... werden Dich nicht sehen lassen Deine Tochter ! Deshalb glaube NICHT den zensierten Briefen von mir, weil die Wahrheit eine andere ist. Doch weine nicht Mama. Und wenn Du nach den Spuren suchen möchtest ! Frage NIEMANDEN, klopfe an keine Türe ! Suche in der Asche der Felder von Auschwitz. Es wird dort sein. Doch weine NICHT – genug Traurigkeit ist hier. Und wenn Du die Spuren Deines Kindes aufdecken willst, suche in der Asche der Felder von Birkenau. Sie werden dort sein – so suche nach der Asche ! In den Feldern von Auschwitz, in den Wäldern von Birkenau. Mama suche in der Asche – ich werde dort sein!“
Dies ist ein Auszug eines Briefes aus dem Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz der Schülerin Monika Dombke, geboren 1920, an ihre Mutter. Die Schülerin Monika Dombke gilt seit 1945 als vermisst. Sie wurde von Nazis im Konzentrations-Lager Auschwitz bereits mittels einer rechtswidrigen Verhaftung und Gefangen-Haltung im Konzentrationslager missbraucht und schrieb diesen nicht zensierten Brief an ihre Mutter. Die Angst und Sorge vor dem Missbrauch von Kindern und einer möglichen Zensur in Deutschland sind beide berechtigt, wie die historischen Überlieferungen aus den Jahren der Diktatur der Nationalsozialisten (Nazis) in Deutschland von 1933 bis 1945 beweisen.
ARTIKEL 5, Grundgesetz, Deutschland
(1) Jeder hat das Recht, seine Meinung in Wort, Schrift und Bild frei zu äußern und zu verbreiten und sich aus allgemein zugänglichen Quellen ungehindert zu unterrichten. Die Pressefreiheit und die Freiheit der Berichterstattung durch Rundfunk und Film werden gewährleistet. Eine Zensur findet nicht statt.
(2) Diese Rechte finden ihre Schranken in den Vorschriften der allgemeinen Gesetze, den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zum Schutze der Jugend und in dem Recht der persönlichen Ehre.
(3) Kunst und Wissenschaft, Forschung und Lehre sind frei. Die Freiheit der Lehre entbindet nicht von der Treue zur Verfassung.
